- 8 oz cooked noodle of choice
- 4 cups shredded cabbage (or shredded slaw/salad mix of choice)
- 1/2 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 -2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1-2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil, optional garnish
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds, optional garnish
Notes
Noodles - if stir-fry noodles are nor readily available, angel hair pasta or any thin egg noodle makes a suitable substitution
