- 1 egg, whisked
- 3/4 c almond flour
Version with Coconut Flour
- 1.5 c mozzarella, shredded
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 eggs, whisked
- 1/3 c coconut flour
No Cook Pizza Sauce
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 1-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt & pepper
- garlic, fresh or powder
- basil, fresh or powder
- water, add for desired consistency
Pizza Toppings
- 1 c choice of cheese - mozzarella, parmesan, grana padano, asiago, or like
- 2 c choice of veg - mushrooms, green peppers, olives, etc
- 2 c choice of meats - pepperoni, sausage, ham, bacon, etc
