Traditionally marking the end of Lent on Good Friday, Hot Cross Buns date back to the 12th century.

Lomo Saltado (Peruvian Steak Stir-Fry) with Chopped Salad & Steamed Rice 

Caprese Chicken with Pasta Primavera 

Shrimp Boil with Sausage & Corn with Picnic Potato Salad (crawfish if available)

Chicken Fried Steak & Mashed Potatoes with Southern-style Green Beans with Onion & Bacon

Spaghetti Bolognese with Garden Salad & Garlic Bread 

*Baked from Scratch* Hot Cross Buns

*Ready-to-Slow Cook/Instant Pot* Italian Pork Loin Roast with Fresh Herbs and Lemon (Serves 6-8, side dishes additional)

Easter Weekend Suggestions:
