Introductory Membership: $27/month or $270/year

Maybe you’ve tried meal plans, recipe apps, meal-prep tricks, saved recipes, or nutrition guides, or promised yourself you’d "get more organized."
They can help, at first.
But real life has a way of shifting things.
Your schedule changes. Someone turns picky. Energy runs low. Nutrition needs don’t line up. Or the plan simply demands more cooking than your week allows.
The answer isn’t another perfect meal plan.
The food has to work for the people. The cooking has to work for the life.
Look at your people, your week, and your actual cooking capacity.
Use Dinner Freedom™ + Flavor First™ to make fewer, easier dinner decisions.

Recipes, meal-planning apps, Pinterest, and AI can give you almost endless ideas for dinner.
But more possibilities don’t necessarily make deciding easier.
Dinner Freedom gives you a framework for deciding what actually fits your people and your life.
What do you really enjoy eating?
Which foods are meaningful in your family or culture?
What nutrition or dietary goals matter?
What will your household actually eat?
How much cooking fits into your week?
And where do all these factors come together?
That’s where I step in.
With nearly twenty years as a personal chef, I’ve been solving this puzzle: making food work for specific people and households with unique needs.
In the Dinner Freedom Club, I bring that same support directly to your kitchen.
This isn’t about more recipes or PDFs. It’s about learning how to make better dinner decisions with ongoing support when you need it.
True culinary freedom means adjusting to your life as it is every day, not squeezing your family into a fixed meal calendar.
Your household’s real food preferences
Any dietary or nutrition needs affecting dinner
Your actual weekly schedule
Your available time, energy, and cooking capacity
The equipment and cooking methods you like to use
What works well and what doesn’t as you try the plan
Every week, dinner feels like starting fresh with no clear plan.
You save recipes but don’t have a reliable way to pick what to cook.
Nutrition goals and enjoyment often seem to be at odds.
Plans fall apart when your schedule or needs shift.
You have plenty of ideas but still struggle to decide what actually fits this week.
You're creating a way of eating that fits your life.
Not at all. Dinner Freedom Club isn’t primarily about teaching you how to cook. It’s about making it easier to decide what to cook, how to make it fit your week, and how to build a dinner rhythm that works for your household. Whether you’re a confident cook or still building your kitchen skills, you can make the system your own.
No—and that’s intentional. I don’t want you dependent on someone else’s meal plan. I’ll give you the framework, tools, coaching, and support to build a way of eating that works for your people and your real life. Your Dinner Freedom Planning Board will become more useful over time as you collect the meals, flavors, shortcuts, and backup plans that work for you.
That’s exactly why Dinner Freedom exists. Instead of creating an ideal meal plan and hoping life cooperates, you’ll learn to consider your cooking capacity first—your available time, energy, and attention—and choose meals that fit. Sometimes Tuesday needs a sheet-pan dinner…and sometimes Tuesday needs rotisserie chicken.
You don’t need everyone to want exactly the same thing. Flavor First™ helps you look for common ground while accounting for preferences, dietary needs, nutrition goals, and the foods that matter to your household. Consideration isn’t catering. The goal isn’t to become a short-order cook; it’s to make dinner work better for the people you’re actually feeding.
That’s okay. Sessions will be recorded and available to Club members. You can also use the member community and Ask Rebecca support between sessions, so missing a live call doesn’t mean missing the Club.
The Club gives you the Dinner Freedom framework, tools, monthly group coaching, and ongoing guidance while you build and use your own system. RESET is more personalized: we work closely together on the specific challenges, patterns, and needs of your household. If you’re not sure which level of support you need, you can always start with the Club.
No. The monthly membership is month-to-month and can be canceled at any time. The annual membership gives you 12 months of access for the price of 10, plus the annual-member bonus.
